Well-written.
I do disagree with this part:

When the geopolitical capabilities of the US government do not act to empower the American people and sustain our Constitution, they are just as criminal as the same actions taken by private citizens.”
The neocons have gone way too far in their intervention in foreign governments.
I think you are thinking the above passage means the opposite of what it says.
