Yes I follow many doctors that prescribe both as it’s safe and they work in different ways. Both should be given early or taken prophylactically as prescribed by a physician, with zinc and Azithromycin or Doxycycline.
Evidence that Ivermectin also works when given “late” or in the hospital.
I would take both and have a physician that will prescribe, but if I could only take one, it would be the Ivermectin.
Dosage is 150-200mcg/kg, works out to around 12mg for typical patient. Most the randomized controlled trials give once a day for 3-4 days, but some doctors just prescribe 1-2 days.
