We may be in uncharted waters, but I trust that Trump and his advisors have a chart and he came into office with one. Not that they knew everything the enemy would do, but game theory includes (afaik) gaming out various paths and plans, figuring enemy might do this, or that, or the other thing, and gaming out how to deal with the different options that might happen.
Trump and team knew they would steal the election. Knew China was involved. Watched it in real time. Knows who’s funding what, and now the list of Americans working with CCP is made public, no doubt many of those names were known already. Pompeo talked about CCP friendly governors months ago.
