We’re all doing what we can...
Thanks Cletus. Some terrific posters on the Q threads and the forum. It pains me to re-read this, but I’ll post it anyway. It was 27 years ago.

Re: State of Arizona v.l William Hall Curtis, II
Victim: Eric Scott Voelpel
Dear Senator,
Please take a few moments out of your day to read this letter. We are in need of some help, at the very least some advice. Our son was the victim of a homicide on September 26, 1993 in Tempe, Arizona and the shooter has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
We have been waiting to let the judicial system to do its job for over the last four months. However, a county prosecutor feel that this case does not have jury appeal. When an unarmed man can be shot and killed, then called justifiable, we think that something is wrong, very wrong.

(sister’s only child...my only nephew)
Even tho your family has faced the loss of your nephew and the horrible injustice for over 27 years, I am praying now and will continue to pray that justice be served. These examples of the 2 tiered justice system in our nation must stop.
Personal prayers for your entire family ensue. I do have a list for my 3:15 EST FreeQ prayer time...y’all are now on it. I hope that 27 years is not too late to see justice. May God bless your family.
