Since deepstate is a worldwide problem each country probably has people like us who are hoping it gets taken down...
I do agree that it seems like they would support Hillary and not Trump though if they didn’t have people like us over there.

I recall that a small amount of uranium from the U1 deal with Russia had been siphoned off to NK. I’m not sure if I’m remembering correctly, but I think the plan under a HRC presidency was to get Kim Jong-Un to drop a suitcase nuke on US interests and the uranium used in that nuke would trace back to Russia. They would be blamed for the nuke and the next world war would inevitably ensue.
I can’t imagine that Russia would be in favour of that, so I can completely see Putin hoping for a Trump presidency. I don’t know if they helped candidate Trump win, but I expect they knew how evil and duplicitous HRC was/is and wouldn’t want to have to deal with her.
