No, they don't, BUT if the justices had a heated argument with raised voices, people could have heard that. Now, if a clerk has a spouse, that is a confidential conversation. If that spouse told someone else, most journalists would consider the spouse a credible witness. If Roberts doesn't credibly deny the story, POTUS needs to invoke the Insurrection Act.

The conference room is private and soundproof. Clerks aren’t permitted to be present. Hence the tradition of the lowest ranking justice by seniority having to take notes and actually get the door.
