Kuhner let’s any and all crackpots on his show. And virtually never critically examines what they say. Ultimately he’s more harmful to conservatism than helpful. And I would guess this is one of those times.

Regardless of whether this claim is true or false, it raises a scenario in my mind where the conservatives decide
to go over his head and vote as the law and the Constitution directs thus forcing whomever has control over Roberts to act, if indeed there is such a person.
Although rumored for years, we don't know if such a force exists but it is time to find out.
We do not owe Roberts to sacrifice the country for either his personal fears or his political beliefs.
