Excellent analysis. Trump will not invoke insurrection act. Courts are no longer bound by the law and constitution. We are ruled by men not laws. This is a lawless nation. State legislatures are even less likely to act.
We now have the moral and ethical right to resist. The problem is that the means to do so effectively are not feasible. At this point, resistance on an individual basis is suicidal but there are many that will make that calculation and opt to fight to the finish.
