What a stupid move. That's almost as stupid as co-signing a loan for someone. I've heard too many horror stories.

OK, let me see if I get this straight. Another marxist “autonomous zone” has popped up because:
1) Some family lost their home to foreclosure, because they mortgaged it to pay the legal bills of some criminal family member.
2) The rightful owner has been unable to take possession, because the family refused to leave and had to be evicted.
3)The family owns a second house nearby and only recently moved in to it. One can presume it’s because they didn’t like being stuck in this new “autonomous zone”.
4) The family, which owns 2 homes, has been given north of $300K by people that are sympathetic
5) The rightful owner has offered to sell the house back for what he paid; $260K.
Did I et the facts right? Seems to me, they buy the house back, pocket a $40K profit and move on the the next grift.
