You are still on this topic? Look, it doesn't matter anymore. The Senate and House both passed the NDAA with a veto proof majority. As a matter of fact, a super veto proof majority.

They will send it to the President, and if he vetoes, they will quickly override.

There are other issues to focus on - such as the loss of the Republic.

I’m with Paul on this one. As has been said in so many other, similar situations, the Constitution cannot be amended by legislation. If McCain’s bitch wants to amend the Constitution, then introduce the amendment. As for saving the Republic, I’m all for it, but the two are not mutually exclusive.
