Interesting news item dated December 8, 2020.
That would make Pacer free to access vs. actually knowing + understanding what’s in all those sealed filings.
I think it’s a good time to remind folks that’s what the count reflects, sealed FILINGS vs. indictments alone; there are certainly indictments (in large numbers) amongst them but there are also likely search warrants, plea agreements and all kinds of other things that have been sealed along the way.
It’s going to be BIBLICAL!
