Maybe SCOTUS knew about the foreign interference and decided to let the military handle it?

That was a thought posted when the SCOTUS decision happened. Could be. But the Kentucky decision????
I was just thinking this morning that the 10 days of darkness, probably in beginning of January, would be when the military would recount the votes without broadcasting it and therefore do it with out interruption or riots. Is that a new thought?
If the court takes any of these cases, then President Trump can’t enact the insurrection act because IIRC, the court’s inaction would be one of the reasons he could use the insurrection act (in addition to all the other broken laws, foreign interference, etc. that has happened.)
