Seems that tradition has gone away too
My high school Driversrs Ed teacher was a vet. When I got on the freeway, for the first time, he grabbed his steering wheel and started veering it back and forth, simulating a blown tire.
I had to grab the wheel and fight the veer.
I think about him every time I get on the freeway. Thanks, Coach W.!
