OK, “backlash” here -
So if one State breaks its own laws/constitution and manages to injure another State and/or its citizens rights, who has standing and who should the injured party appeal to in terms of law?

Your question has 2 parts
1. So if one State breaks its own laws/constitution, who has standing and who should the injured party appeal to in terms of law?
In this case (election laws) the state legislature is the injured. It is for them to assert their authority and sue the other branches of their state government when the Governor and State Supreme courts oversteps their authority violating the constitutional power of the legislature. In this case, the legislature has a legitimate case, with standing, that it could bring to the SCOTUS. But until they do - It's like a bad marriage where the abused spouse remains silent even though the children(residents) are suffering. Mind you those residents have the life altering decision to vote with their feet or remain and just accept - irrelevancy.
2. So if one State breaks its own laws/constitution and manages to injure another State and/or its citizens rights,
While I certainly agree the violation of state laws (in atleast 4 states) has denied my the national outcome I desired. But what I nor the state of Kansas can claim is that the election fraud of those 4 states interfered with the election process of Kansas and my ability to vote. Because of that, I am completely right to be enraged by their conduct but their conduct had not direct connection to me or my ballot. The Idea that the election outcome being less than what I desired does not grant me "injured status".
The area where I am legitimately injured, in this election, is when there is Domestic, Foreign and Digital (AI) interference in the election's entire network where data transmission lines were used to hack, manipulate (attack) and transmit fraudulent election data to defraud the entire US population.
We have missed a very important opportunity to fix this. Every state has been effected by the voting machines, software, vendors and foreign actors who had access to servers that counted our votes.
Which brings me back to the President's EO
Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election
That is way I pray that when Trump, Rudy, Sidney and others claim the entire election was fraudulent and accessed by foreign countries, that they also have the (Bannon Qu0ote:) Receipts.
