Petrochemicals giant Ineos purchased 1/3. Niki Lauda's 10% was sold, Mercedes drops from 60% to 33% and Toto increases to 33%.

Ineos, owned by British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe is a car nut.

So this helps Mercedes reduce their F1 cost structure. I wonder what they will do about the engine program, that is the big cost.
