I agree with what you have said, but you bring up another point? How do we get it into Congress? I was hoping that this lawsuit would kick it back to the state legislatures.

If they then declare it to be in question, it goes to Congress.

It looks like the only states that might withhold their EC votes are those that Trump won. Biden will still get well over the 270 vote threshold.

Before that can happen, both Houses would have to reject electoral votes fraudulently submitted. (3 USC 15)
