This gives a start, this is only discussing forfeiture of assets and other like penalties; no doubt there are other legal aspects to stealing an election. Down the thread I posted the US codes for Treason, Misprision of Treason, Rebellion or Insurrection, Seditious Conspiracy, and Advocating Overthrow of Government.

ANd since election fraud has been under the purview of the DHS since the original Voter Fraud Commission set up shortly after President Trump took office disbanded due to mant states’ refusal to let the commission see their voter rolls, and the DHS has teeth, and since the mil/other are involved to do foreign governments, I think the fraud will be proven from many directions. The evidence is out there, we’ve all seen it. No doubt or wondering about it.
