Texas has filed its reply with #SCOTUS. Now we wait to see what the Justices will do with this multi-state election challenge.

The easiest decision for Scotus is to send it to the state legislators.

And put the blame for that directly on the four states in question... they brought it on themselves

And don’t forget there are still cases pending regarding the Dominion voting machines changing votes.

I believe we may be at the end of the road. No matter the out come we have half the people unwilling to accept the out come.

In normal times the people would trust the legal system to protect them. But as has been repeatedly shown the legal system has seen it as more important to protect one side, while doing anything possible to damage the other.

Yes! My error has been pointed out and I’m wishing I could delete my post. My embarrassment is only tempered by my relief at realizing I’d forgotten the 2/3 threshold.

Some lawyer named Tripp on War Room said that SCOTUS would punt because the evidence has not been fleshed out in lower court so they can rule on matters of law without getting into the details. They could kick it back but then there’s the timing issues.
Sad...
Sounds like Trump may have to go all the way to fight the corruption.

And that is a great segway into a long term solution to this mess.

Smaller government is the solution but even Trump was unable to shrink government enough to make a difference. That said, my solution to this is to elect 2 presidents, one for each side. those 2 can negotiate the issues and then get congress to act, etc.

There is no kicking back. It is a case between states which originates at the SC.

the Georgia runoff is actually more important than Trump emerging victorious over the Biden steal.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Couldn’t be more wrong.
The GA runoff is meaningless once Flimsey Grahamnesty and Micro Rubio get the Democrats a permanent majority with amnesty for illegal aliens.
To put it another way, the defendants see pesky constitutions as a ball of playdough. It can be shaped, molded, changed, adapted as needed based on the way the wind is currently blowing. Plaintiffs, on the other hand, equate the constitution to the Ten Commandments. It’s written in stone. And it doesn’t change without specific procedural steps being taken. No matter the circumstances.
If the Court punts, they’ve ruled our Constitution is playdough. If the Court rules in favor of Plaintiffs, there still remains hope for the rule of law in our land.
Alan Dershowitz was just on NewsMax. He said the court will hear the case but will never overturn the election because of the number of votes Biden won by. Unless someone can absolutely prove there was voter fraud the SC will only hear the case but not overturn. The Democrats knew just how much to cheat without getting caught.
The Constitution says natural born citizen.
Obama is not one.
The Constitution ceased to have meaning when BOTH parties abrogated it on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009
I believe we may be at the end of the road. No matter the out come we have half the people unwilling to accept the out come.
That is why I have been saying that, regardless of how this ends up, blood will run in the streets. The Rat Antifa crowd has already cheerfully visited violence on the country. But us law-abiding, regular folk are way, way past fed up. We know our lives and freedom is at stake.
If Trump had been declared the fake winner due to cheating and Biden were bringing the cases to court what do you think the SCOTUS would do?
Exactly the point of the Bill of Rights. Rights are not subject to politics but are God given. This thread argues nits. Either SCOTUS steps up to the challenge or it doesn’t. If it doesn’t then exceptional times call for exceptional efforts. That is the kraken that will be losed.
We either have a republic or we don’t.
The fact is that challenged states threaten to disenfranchise the the populace via illegal elections.
Make up your minds. Either you stand here and now or die a cowardz death. This is shat confronts us all.
It’s almost like Texas has read and analyzed and understood the laws of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia more thoroughly than the elected officials did in those states. That will come back to bite the defendants.
That's the issue. The rules were not changed by the legislature, or "lawmakers." They were made by election commissions, aka "deep-staters" instigated by lawyers, so far as I can figure. I can't get any answers directly anywhere.
If we let these elections stand, yes, we’ve condoned fraud, and conservatives will be angry, but they do not riot insanely, like the Left. It is safer for the country if the crazies win, they’ll be placate.
If that is the case; maybe it's time that the Patriots stop playing nicely? If we let a stealing of the election to stand, then we will NOT be Patriots Rhetorical question: "Who here is willing to be that first 3-6 percent that the hammer of an illegitimate regime?"
