Paul has done this before. It won't matter, except for theatrics. McConnell already told the Senators to prepare for late night sessions. They will vote on the bill, which surprised me because McConnell had a rule that he would not bring anything to the Senate floor that the President would not sign.
Now, he will.
There will be no "pocket veto."
Sen. McConnell throws his support behind NDAA, urges Senate to pass it
The Senate needs 67 votes for a veto proof majority. The initial bill passed with a vote in the 80s.

Fine Trump should hold it and the continuing resolution up for the full tens days and if no movement on social media and they still insist on making all 235 Congress scums Generals let them override the vetos. During that ten days bring everyone home from Somalia, Africa, Syria and draw troops down to less then 2000 in Afghanistan. End the wars, Trump keeps his promise, let Congress and Biden be responsible for future escalation and wars.

This vote is shaping to be one last middle finger from the swamp to POTUS and his 70+ million voters. They are teaching us a lesson here. We need to be good students and learn from it.
