That is very interesting, I’ll have to look that up. BTW I keep seeing stuff about House of Representatives doing this and that on Jan 6 if such and such, but if the elections are not clear/clean by Jan 6, there won’t BE a house of reps as their terms end on Jan.3. Some new seats may be stolen seats.
