It seems to me that the ChinaBiden attorney admitted the WEC election “Guidance” violated the law.
His argument was that citizens had the “Right” to rely on such illegal guidance. I think they’re invoking the doctrine of “estoppel” ... claiming State of Wisconsin is “Bound” by the illegal acts of its WEC the way a corporation may be bound by a contract which was executed by an individual not duly empowered to bind the corporation in such matters (provided the corporation “clothed” that individual in the appearance of authority by title or other means).
Trump attorney’s argument: This is BS. Our Democratic Republic is based on the Rule of Law, not the whims of WEC officials. They are required to follow the law.
