Good point that I had overlooked re: returning to the district court. Maybe I missed a point by the commentator in the rush of things, or maybe they were an idiot.
I have to say that I posted many weeks ago - as little jeremiah, I think, might verify - that it is unlikely that SCOTUS will take any presidential election case. Still, there are compelling circumstances - like the survival of the Republic! If we don't have a Republic we don't need a Supreme Court!
