I think it was to draw them out, to get them to reveal their positions.
Those replies by the 4 states were snowflakeisms.
Certainly the 4 states responses didn’t change anything?
I suspect the collective of the judges said to decline it and see the case itself another day, brought forth in another way.
And that actually buys time, allows for more work and additional evidence?
