Psalm 20:7 “Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”

—never trust men
—never trust chariots
—never trust horses
—do not trust idols
—governments or even good( no GREAT ) leaders
—or man written constitutions.

remember the name of Lord your God.

He did not fall of the throne... and he ALWAYS has a plan for US.
Proverbs 21:30-31
“There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan
that can succeed against the Lord.
“The horse is made ready for the day of battle,
but victory rests with the Lord.”

dare to have faith in that.
faith comes by hearing God’s word.
psalms and proverbs are both still in my Bible.

that is all I have tonight.

That is a fine benediction for those of us heading for bed soon. I remember reciting Psalm 20 to my children on the night the Towers fell. Thank you for the reminder. We hold the line, trusting in the One Who holds it all.

Pacing Ourselves, and Staying Strong

I had to bail out of the thread earlier today, a few times now, for work issues, but I did listen to Tracy Beanz's cell phone video. It's great - I recommend it. She really helped me sort through today's experiences.

It's very clear after today, and after listening to Tracy, that a key strategy of the Deep State is to shove us through emotional ups and downs in order to fatigue us into a state of dazed resignation.

This technique is, I believe, like candy to sociopaths. They watch your facial expressions, listen to your tone of voice, and first they elevate your attitude (Positive, good news, praise, gratitude for life etc.). When they see you respond (e.g., light in your eyes), they feel powerful for a moment. They feel like they just "won".

Within moments, they want (need?) to feel the reins in their hands again, to see you respond to the pressure they exert. Suddenly, they may express dark emotion, disappointment in your contribution, raise doubts that you will succeed, and lean in to ask what you plan to do if your hoped for efforts fail.

They may continue to stare with fake concern as you explain, portraying fake, increasing levels of worry almost as if your reasoned explanation only makes things worse.

If/when your emotions respond to this tug on the reigns, they experience satisfaction that some describe as almost sexual. Once again, they feel like winners.

I've had the impression these types like to make people, "drop and do 40" (pushups) emotionally just to be the ones in control, just to remind us who directs whom.

The way to deal with them is to under react. Physical fatigue, disappointment, acceptence, hope - all these emotions should be portrayed the same to them (facial expression, tone of voice). Rob them of the dark satisfaction they get from inspiring despair in humans.

Yes. They are evil. Despair is their weapon. We have God. God and the Hope He has given us are among the matchless weapons given to us through great sacrifice.

On a battlefield, there is often too much gunfire to react as if every shot fired is key, critical, "could have ended it all!" etc. No one has the emotional stamina to respond to every cry and every fired shot. So little of the "special effects" are useful in deciding how to respond under fire.

Let's start training ourselves to focus on our objectives, despite the screams and noise. Emotions responses are completely normal but they aren't a strategy. We can't "stop having them" but we can slow down and change our response to them.

There are long lists of insanely detailed strategies we may witness before the next objective is won in this war, and many such objectives remain.

Let's try to avoid "feeding the beast" of emotion with our reactions along the way, whenever possible. We're human, and we need to be patient with ourselves and each other. But let's try to introduce habits to help ground AND encourage each other as often as possible.

For example, most of us have no constitutional law background, we're covering unprecedented terrain, and we have no idea what the white hats have planned. Without solid information, we could accidentally end up performing emotional pushups for both our enemies and the white hats, to the point of exhaustion, all without gaining any understanding or serving any purpose.

Note: I do think Q and President Trump put our enemies through emotional workouts for the purpose of strategic fatigue ("expending ammo); let's try to figure out when our involvement is useful.

Tonight I read a post from @JohnHereToHelp. I've read his work before, and this isn't a slam against him or the helpful FReeper who posted it, but I don't believe John's post is strategically useful right now.

Sometimes @John's posts are informative, but right now tonight's post contains the (real or synthetic) fears of ABC agency sources. Those agencies have no way of knowing what Q has planned, some of those Agencies are corrupt and feeding us disinfo intentionally (e.g., fear).

I noticed that tonight's @JohnHereToHelp post is dark, darker, darkest and then invites us to pray and keep our chin up. That feels like the control resulting from driving us through emotional pushups - a psyop to get us to respond to the tug of emotional reins, pushing us down followed by a positive message to keep us coming back for more pushing.

I'm not saying it's @John's own psyop, but sometimes contributors relay psyops unintentionally (humans simply have emotions and share them).

Often, we won't even agree on what is constructive or not. Learning to be emotionally efficient WILL take patience and some negotiating, but patience and negotiation are more constructive than strictly reaction.

Let's save our strength for sources of information that aren't relying on infiltrated 3 letter agencies. I see little to no useful information coming from those agencies right now and that can change, but we might skimp on analysis there for nwo..

What if we start to "train" our muscles on posts like MIA_eccl1212 placed here:

https://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3914280/posts?page=1168#1168

What if we memorize enough of it to halt our thoughts for a moment, when our emotions begin to gallop upon receipt of "hot" news flashes that drive us to react?

Psalm 20:7 “Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”

—never trust men
—never trust chariots
—never trust horses
—do not trust idols
—governments or even good( no GREAT ) leaders
—or man written constitutions.

remember the name of Lord your God.

Whatever dark content we may read, we need to balance it with strength.

Again, I recommend Tracy Beanz's post - she's issuing a terse wake-up call but it's needed sometimes. You may need to repeat what she says to others in the coming days - she shows us how it's done. :D

https://twitter.com/tracybeanz/status/1337548142196129792?s=20

If Tracy Beanz isn't someone who speaks to your mindset or helps you figure out how to steady others, focus on your own inspiractions and sources of strength.

Decide when and where you need to absorb more strength before once again diving into the cesspool of psyops in search of clues. We have to take control of our own inforamtion intake, and can't expect ourselves to absorb continuously in this tsunami of information.

We're now information marathon runners whereas, in the past, we were sprinters. We're on different terrain right now. No sprinter tries to run straight up hill for miles over slippery sand and crumbling rocks. Now we focus on pacing ourselves and gauging the impact our posts have on the current topics under discussion.

What if we take breaks and measure incoming reports for usefulness, or just filing it away until we know more later, without working through "too many" possibilities/hypotheticals. We used to call that a "parking lot" in meetings (e.g., "Well, that's a lot to think about, maybe we can put it in the parking lot for now?").

There's now (intentionally) more information than we have stamina to respond to. We will be a different places in our rest and run cycles as various times. There may be times when some of our group rush off to Festival with something "exciting" if it seems like peeps on thread are reaching a fraying point.

I am only making suggestions - we don't have to 'arrive' to marathon fitness overnight. But let's start evaluating how we handle information best and most productively.

We're here to encourage each other, even after we lose our patience or temper, let's return to sea level and steady as she goes. We're in it to win it, and our leaders, President Trump/Q have been at this, riding the breakers/tsunamis for years now. Let's learn how to do it so we can support them.

Let's keep Q/POTUS from having to pull the car over to give us encouragement. We can do this, and it doesn't have to look pretty while we learn how. :D

The unshakeable anchor point, the point of reference and perspective that never fails us, is God. Let's keep our eyes on our Father in Heaven and ask him to tame our storm tossed thoughts and fears, and grant us plenty of opportunities to serve Him, each other, POTUS, Q, and The Great Awakening.

Father in Heaven, please guide us through the storm and use each moment and decision to make us stronger than we ever dreamed we'd become.

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for listening to us with loving devotion, without ever becoming fatigued by our flood of emotions or requests.

Lord, grant us discernment, expose all traitors, protect all those of serving the side of good, and crush our enemies into the dirt.
