You have the NSA who can quickly tell you who the ‘someone’ was that commanded the stop counting in Milwaukee, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Philly, Atlanta, and Maricopa County. That piece of evidence is proof of an interstate conspiracy to manipulate the election out come coupled with the command in those same cities to expel the observers and go back to counting without licit monitoring of the ballots.
