Iowa has a dem 77 year-old AG Tom Miller and doesn’t like Trump. Says he doesn’t have any evidence. So there’s that.

Should as in the list is inaccurate, or should as Iowa should get itself in gear?

Yes, Iowa should be on the list. But we are not going to be. I wrote an email to AG Tom Miller a couple of days ago and this is the response I got:

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

We have received several calls and emails about this lawsuit, and we have shared them with Attorney General Miller and others in our office.

Our office does not plan to join the Texas lawsuit because the elections were fairly and safely conducted by election officials of both parties. Attorney General Miller continues to have faith in the integrity of the U.S. election.
