Ohio’s AG filed an amicus brief in support of... no one. Basically, he just asked SCOTUS to make a determination about whether the actions of PA, MI, WI and GA violated the Elector’s Clause. But even if it did, he opposes SCOTUS providing any remedy. So even if SCOTUS finds those states violated the Constitution, he is apparently okay with Biden winning with unconstitutional votes...
Ohio AG Yost is not doing himself any favors by trying to thread the needle. Trump won Ohio by over 8 points!!
