If the legislatures of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin could join the suit as amici curiae, it would be half the states.

Most of the GOP legislators in PA did file an amicus brief supporting Texas.

Georgia republicans legislatures, at least most of them, are filing an amici to join in. They're scared as hell of the voters is the driver for most of them. A solid core are true fighters though. I count my senator as one of the squishes acting out of career fear.

Our block in the legislature re. calling a special session appears to be strong arming by the Senate leadership and Lt Governor, which has kept senate R votes below what is needed to call a special session.
