They kept telling me I was having problems with Microsoft Windows—on my Chromebook? ;-)
I actually enjoy getting those calls. They’re very entertaining, and I try to keep them on the line as long as I can to prevent them from scamming someone else.
Sometimes, I start the conversation by asking what type of gift cards they want and for how much. One idiot actually took the bait, and told me. I strung him along for about 20 minutes.
