The CIA put out a statement a few days ago that Haspel is at her desk working. Just as you would expect.

But she hasn't been seen publicly since that impromptu meeting with Mitch McConnell in his office a few weeks ago.

I believe Miller's plan to cut off military support to the CIA is all part of Trump's plan to shift more emphasis onto military intelligence instead of the compromised Deep State civilian agencies.

Trying to starve the beast, so to speak.

CIA’s predecessor OSS should have been disbanded post-WW2. Been reading up into the history of OSS. Lots of Communist roots in it as an anti-Hitler initiative, back when fascism meant the actual Nazis and not anyone right of Rachel Maddow. But in this case, the enemy of our enemy no longer is our friend, and CIA is causing way more trouble than they’re fixing.
