Five shots/vial so 3 million doses or enough for 1.5 million people theoretically. The five shots per vial caught my eye because the ultra cold vial has to be handled and 5 individual doses drawn from it. How long can it be out of the cold? How many of these vials will be dropped because of the gloves required to handle? How many will get frostbite from injections given too soon while still ultra cold?

It has to be diluted with saline to be used appropriately. You can find the info online pretty easily if you just search for “pfizer covid 19 vaccine ingredients”. Took me glancing at a few articles before I found all the info I wanted - including the labels, which state the guidelines for dosage and administration as well as storage pre and post dilution. Once diluted storage is 6 hours max and if I recall correctly it is -2 celcius once diluted, discard after 6 hours.
