And you take that out of context quite literally. Reread the paragraph.

Second I am not the one speaking here. The author of the article is which I clearly state is an article in the line “I choose to believe both but with the caveat mentioned in the below article.”
Again lack of reading comprehension. So I will spell it out for you. The paragraph is talking about how the speed of light slows down when it hits a medium such as the Earth’s Atmosphere. It is possible for a particle to travel faster than the speed of light in a medium, such as the Earth’s Atmosphere. Now quit being idiotic.
