The USSC may well give team Trump a court victory but not an election victory.
So What has Trump got to lose? This is campaign time, all over again. He has to do something epic immediately...like today!
I bet the states, even Republican ran will pick the same democratic electors.

The remedy must include that the legislature can’t keep the same spoiled electors as they were obtained in a unconstitutional manner.
Therefore, the 4 states electors are spoiled and removed from the total count.
Goes to the state houses for a vote. This is my hope anyhow!
We should be gathered on their steps today. This is the true tipping point we’ve all been warned about.
If they follow the Constitution it’s a slam dunk.
The Constitution puts the power to select the President in the state Legislatures. The Legislatures directly appointed the electors at first.
Over time, the Legislatures ceded some of this authority to voters, by making laws in how they were to vote to help select the electors.
Over further time, state Executive branches, including Governors and Secretaries of State, have violated that trust by not following the laws put forth, and allowed illegal voting to take place.
That is were we are now. Order and law must be restored, including punishment for those who have broken them.
It starts with the Supreme Court taking the power from these crooked Executive branch officials who have allowed illegal votes to flood our system, and restore that power to select the electors back to the state Legislatures.
That may be how future Presidents get chosen. It’s what the founding fathers wanted. And you couldn’t even vote for Legislators unless you owned property. That of course has been Amended, but not the part about Legislatures determining electors.
Need to update the map and numbers to include Arizona.

Yes, great point. The legislatures are going to be forced to either own the fake voting or confront it. So far they've been pretending that their hands are tied but boy are they concerned. Unless the SCOTUS lets them off the hook they are going to have to actually take a stand.
I personally think they will decide that just rubber stamping the fake election results is the safest path for them. They'll figure if they override them that the left will burn cities but if they just accept them the right will politely express their dismay at a well ordered rally or two then meekly go home. So they'll side with the left. That will be the straw that breaks the camels back though, at least as far as the GOP as a national party, not to mention the potential for irreparable conflict between the states.

The very best thing that could happen is that they take, and vote 9-0 to remove the mail in ballots.
That would send a message to all of us, that we work together to fix our election system.
If they don’t take it, then it would be a travesty.
If they do, and vote 5-4 to remove mail ins, then you’ll have civil war, but in the end, I say, “bring it on!”

I think they pretty .uch have to hear 18 states. I have no good feeling they will rule for the plaintiffs. Trump should prepare for martial law.

Something I’ve been thinking about is this: what if Trump, holding all the Constitutional cards in the deck here, is simply allowing every entity, every force, every voice, every bureaucrat, every judge, every legislator, every tech CEO that represents the Deep State to step from behind their masks and finally, fully reveal their duplicity in the decades-long hostile take-over of America?
Fox News lost their nerve somewhere way back when. They became part and parcel of what is wrong with America. This election has ripped the mask off for anyone who was skeptical, not quite sure to now see Faux News for what they have become.
Enemies of our republic are being exposed.

I agree Pepsi_junkie that your description of events is most likely IF the Supreme Court even hears the case. I also agree that the state legislators will not have the fortitude to do what is right and determine that the number of illegal votes counted, which were counted despite lack of legislative authority as the legislature did not pass election law to allow for that and will roll-over and send Biden electors. However, I would propose that perhaps they can chicken out in another way. They could just refuse to send Trump or Biden electors stating that their state’s election results were too tainted by illegal voting to endorse either candidate. So say Pennsylvania sends electors for John Smith, Wisconsin sends John Jones, Georgia sends Stacey Abrams, and Michigan sends Jim Harbaugh. Then neither Biden nor Trump get the required 270 majority and the US House then elects the President by one vote for each state delegation according to the constitution and the Senate elects the VP. Now if the Georgia run off goes badly we could end up with Trump President and Biden or Harris VP. Given 2020 I could go along with that as the VP position was most accurately described by John Nance Gardner as “not worth a quart of warm spit!”

Allowing this FRAUD would be equal to allowing the popular vote to replace the electoral system.
The electoral college was set up so that large states with large population centers (cities) could not DISENFRANCHISE smaller less populated states.

Good point. CJ Roberts has no doubt been planning his punt play call for weeks. After what he did to Obamacare it would no doubt be a doozy.
Good point regarding the possibility that some states potentilly saying “we can’t decide in time so we’ll send nobody”. I think they would know that their political careers were over if they made that move (after all, no votes in their state would count, legitimate ones or otherwise) but that could happen. Then it comes down to how much you trust the GOP to do the right thing in the house.
