The court merely denied a preliminary injunction- that case is still alive. I can see legal reasons for this that don’t effect their final ruling on the merits.

It was a 4-4 tie. Amy Coney Barrett was not included.

The Supreme Court did not punt the Pennsylvania case they only denied one portion of it.

The Pennsylvania case is proceeding in the Supreme Court.

It is not over.

Yes they did. There is no doubt that Pa and Wi especially did not treat all ballots fairly across their states in utter violation of the law and constitution but will they actually toss the vote ??

It would take some serious balls to do that
