Seventeen states are urging the U.S. Supreme Court to take up Texas’s request to challenge the 2020 election results in four battleground states.
The states, led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, filed a friend-of-the-court brief on Dec. 9, underscoring that the case filed by Texas is of great public importance and requires the attention of the nation’s top court.
Texas on Dec. 7 filed a motion asking for permission to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin in an attempt to protect the integrity of the 2020 election.

Interesting idea! SCOTUS either upholds the constitutional law or they allow complete lawlessness.
Or tbey punt it back to the states which is the same thing as allowing lawlessness.
At this point, its a free for all!
AZ should sue themselves.
If the nine members of the SCOTUS refuse to hear this case or if they refuse to rule the issue at hand, they will forever be tainted & hated, for being Traitors & Turncoats to the American Nation Republic, the American People (who demand free, fair & legal elections) & the USA Constitution!!!

Red states have filed amicus briefs in the Texas case. Green states are the defendants. Pink states have Republican Attorneys General and could jump right in...
It adds 4 states and omits Florida.
The four states are Arizona, Alaska, Georgia(?????), and Ohio.
So Texas + 17 + 4 = 22
But what the hell is the AG for Georgia on the list??? Is he going on record as saying GA violated election laws? Did Arizona include GA by mistake, rather than Florida in a cut-and-paste accident?
This is what is needed: a large number of people or states, a groundswell of opinion. The courts, at all levels, don’t want to intervene in an election, especially not with the media so overwhelmingly anti-Trump. But sufficient pressure will persuade them.
You can also see the size of territory these states cover. It is a contiguous territory, too. That means they can potentially split as another national entity. A scary development for them.

NC is a red state with a Republican controlled House and Senate. Shame we have a crappy AG.
My only change would be make the green states red too.
They may be the defendants, but by “losing” the lawsuit, they will actually go into the “win” column...
