Holy hovering aliens, Batman!
An image that was snapped on the personal cellphone of the backseat weapons systems operator of what appears to be an F/A-18 fighter jet has leaked and it shows a straight up UFO hovering motionlessly over the ocean.
The image has apparently been circulating among the intelligence community since it was taken in 2018 and nobody knows what the heck this thing is.
While details are difficult to make out, the image appears to depict an inverted bell-shaped object, which is not readily identifiable given the photo's context. The object appears to possess ridges or other protrusions along its lateral edges, extending toward its base.
Research balloon? Nope.

The 2004 Nimitz sightings were recorded using F18 visual camera and FLIR imaging systems, in addition to radar. This probably was as well, but is still classified.
And no one in that high tech place had the ability to enlarge it just a bit?
And the crew rejected categorically it was any sort of a balloon, saying it didn’t move with air currents.

Last week I watched an episode of the show "True Paranormal: Fact or Faked." During the episode, they decided to try to debunk a video some guy took of what he claimed was a UFO. They ordered a balloon that looked like the UFO in the video, filled it with helium and let it go, and filmed it flying around. It looked exactly like the UFO in the video. It even caught the light just the right way so it looked metallic. They also contacted the local police to see if anyone else had reported seeing the UFO the same night the guy filmed it, and one of their police officers saw it, and verified that the UFO was actually a balloon that looked like a flying saucer.
I tend not to go joyriding, so it really isn’t me this time.
