Newsmax TV has notched a ratings win over Fox News Channel for the very first time.
The win, fueled by conservative viewers who are disappointed by the election results, happened Monday evening. In the key 25- to 54-year-old demographic prized by advertisers, “Greg Kelly Reports” on Newsmax out-rated “The Story with Martha MacCallum” on Fox.
The margin was narrow — Kelly averaged 229,000 viewers in the demo and MacCallum averaged 203,000 — but it is still a milestone in the cable news industry.
Before the election, Newsmax was not regarded as a formidable competitor to Fox; it was mostly dismissed as one of a handful of wannabe challengers. But President Trump’s loss on November 3 changed the cable TV calculus. Viewers who were frustrated when Fox admitted the truth of Trump’s loss sought other options. Exactly. I knew something did not smell right before I left my desk at work that evening. I quickly checked what was happening in the “election” before I left and saw VA already called with 1% of precincts having reported.
What a joke.
Howie Carr is my favorite show although less enamored with Grace wasting 30 minutes on her silly “news”.
She means well but the hour on Newsmax should be 100% Howie and not split 50/50 with Grace.
I have Spectrum internet and their “TV Essentials” package that includes Newsmax.
The “TV Essentials” is available only to Spectrum internet users at $15/mo for 60 channels although many are rather worthless.
Can anyone please tell me how to access News Max on Spectrum TV?

There is a free Newsmax app for the Apple TV box. You can stream Newsmax on it. YouTube has a free app on the Apple TV box. Also Pluto has a free app on the Apple TV.
I don’t have a Roku box but the same apps may be available there. You can also keep your Spectrum and add an Apple TV box to your TV. It will open up an incredible amount of free content from the internet.

The other night, Kelly had Stinchfield on his show to let him gloat about being on the big Trump Tron in Valdosta, GA at the trump rally.
If you didn’t see it, Trump played a Stinchfield report of the corrupt fraud perpetrated in Fulton County.
Stinchfield said he was at a friends house and was in the kitchen when he heard his voice on the tv. It was kind of cool watching his humble excitement even two days later and how proud Kelly and Robinson looked for him.
While Newsmax is more watchable than OAN. I still can’t watch either for very long. To me Newsmax is going the way of the punditry model which turned out bad for FOX. And Newsmax is on a WWII kick as long as I can remember. I can only watch so many WWI in Color shows before wanting to see something else. FOX rejects do not make a station, they need new blood and I still have not been able to stomach what’s his name dude Spicer(?)on DWTS and Trump’s first Press Spokesman. And Stinchmen’s background is always blurry and when I first turn his show on I think it is my glasses. Better graphics, fresh people and better shows is in very much need. Newsmax should just be called Recycled FOX NEWS.
I saw that too. In previous rallies, Trump was showing clips from Fox on the Jumbotron, but as he moves away from Fox, we’ll hear more of Newsmax (and hopefully OANN) being mentioned by the president.

I met Liz and Mike from RSBN a few weeks ago and we were talking about that. She was really hoping for a call out
Fox News killed their Parler account. They only posted once a week, but the comments were 99.999% F/U Fox. Guess they knew they weren’t making any friends on Parler, so they pulled up stakes and departed.
