BREAKING: FTC and states sue Facebook, ask to unwind Instagram and WhatsApp acquisitions

The fact they allowed these mergers in the first place clearly shows they have no interest in the enforcement of law when it comes to money and power. Reminds me of the acquisition of McDonnell Douglas years ago by Boeing. Two of the largest commercial airframers in the world and the two largest in the US. Yet, allowed the merger to continue?
