I’m sure not just blessed but you have to agree to do favors for them from time to time. Perhaps even trained, but I bet a lot of it is like “one day, and that day may never arrive, I’m going to ask a favor of you” kind of thing.
Spies spy. It’s what they do. Often times they don’t care who they spy for.
