Okay ... I don’t want to be one of those nabobs of negativism ... but the Case/Picture you pasted is NOT the Texas case.

So far I have been able to find direct evidence of LA, AR and AL joining or at least supporting (in the case of AL) the Texas case.

Hope I’m missing something!

There ought to be at least 25 states joining this lawsuit (and possibly there will be).
