The comments of the LA and AL AGs, though supportive, do not state that they are joining the Texas case -- as yet.
This may happen! But let's keep our facts straight.
Allen West gave his OPINION to Bannon that ten states will join. Gateway Pundit, as is their wont, exaggerated the headline.
I DEARLY HOPE before the night is over we will see many more AGs actually join!
Georgia is surrounded 😁
~~~~~/~~~~~/~~~~~/\~~~~~\~~~~~\~~~~~
I’ll get on to Tennessee to join immediately!
And, I know the road to Atlanta and I have a lighter! :)
Bwa-ha-ha-ha...
Not right now grim. I’m watching Tucker go after Swalwell.
I’m adding Tucker back to my dvr recording.
Swalwell is a piece of work.
In late.
Other news: I was asked for references today. A good sign.
In the Pennsylvania case, SCOTUS only denied emergency injunctive relief. The case is still alive (for now).
Did they not have batteries? I wouldn't expect security cameras to be inoperative when they're needed most - at night!
Tom Fitton has posted the text of the TX lawsuit.
Re Asked for references:
That is a good sign! Fingers crossed (and praying) for you.
All the time. Most appeals to the court are just summarily denied.
I’m disappointed the Court decided not to hear the case challenging the election results in PA. This appeal filed raised important & serious legal issues, & I believe the Court had a responsibility to ensure our elections follow the law & the Constitution. In, finally, and thanks!
Ever notice that people using umbrellas always seem to be under the weather?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🚨IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:
The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.https://t.co/UNMZeuiDVy— Jenna Ellis (@JennaEllisEsq) December 8, 2020
The Supreme Court did NOT decline to hear the Pennsylvania case: they denied the request for a court order overturning PA election BEFORE HEARING the case.

OK, LP, you do such a good job of teaching us nautical language. I would like to amend some of your definitions:
“Prepare to Come About” (my favorite) means: Blu, put down the beer can and duck, the boom is gonna hit you as it passes over you and then the boom AND the sail will sweep you overboard and make you look like a fool in front of hot guy with red hair and you, blu, will beat your brother up as you both walk home from the marina (carefully avoiding Dad’s cabin cruiser and his fishing customers and his eyes that see EVERYTHING) because he was doing the sailing while you and Red were sparkin! Thankfully, by that time you will be sober, as Lake Michigan is never really warm enough to drunkenly fall into!
Oh wow. New Q. Don’t have time to c watch but soon I will.
