I guess that someone from the DC Circuit Court called him and told him to drop it. I’m sure that he/she would have explained to him that the Circuit Court would be forced to act and it would be ugly for Sullivan. This charade is no longer serving the interests of the Democrats.
Some one on the appeals court may have had a heart to heart conversation with him.

Interesting, because technically, by dismissing the case, Flynn was never sentenced, and never found guilty. So he was not in fact pardoned, because you cannot be pardoned unless you are found guilty.
I would have anyway. The judge was corrupt.

Dirtbag Sullivan probably thinks he won because Flynn had to be pardoned implying he was guilty of something rather than the charge being dismissed at the request of the prosecution because he was not guilty of the charges. By far, lightweight Sullivan is the slimiest most lawless creature on the federal bench.
I’m surprised that the Sullivan Hack didn’t invent yet another way to continue on.
On the other hand he himself should be dismissed.
