I guess that someone from the DC Circuit Court called him and told him to drop it. I’m sure that he/she would have explained to him that the Circuit Court would be forced to act and it would be ugly for Sullivan. This charade is no longer serving the interests of the Democrats.

Some one on the appeals court may have had a heart to heart conversation with him.

His last check for keeping the case alive must have just cleared the bank.

Hahahaha - exactly! Love that Sullivan showed his traitorous ass for all to see. He's a typical demwit - bought and paid for.

There NEVER WAS a gag order.

Sidney Powell said so herself.

What a Giant waste of time and lots of Money.
How this judge is allowed to continue at his position is the real travesty following this case.
Can you imagine the repercussions if this overreach would have been made the standard for the federal justice system?

Sullivan has finally decided he’s reached his maximum level of being a deep-state butt-boy

Interesting, because technically, by dismissing the case, Flynn was never sentenced, and never found guilty. So he was not in fact pardoned, because you cannot be pardoned unless you are found guilty.

It took a law degree to figure that out?

No court gag order.

However, any attorney worth his salt will apply one to his client. Law 101.

“Moot” is used in a very specific sense:

“Because Federal Courts only have constitutional authority to resolve actual disputes (see Case or Controversy) legal actions cannot be brought or continued after the matter at issue has been resolved, leaving no live dispute for a court to resolve. In such a case, the matter is said to be “moot”.

“”the pardon “does not, standing alone, render [Mr. Flynn] innocent of the alleged violation” “

Correct, the pardon does not.
The fact heat he is INNOCENT UNTIL PEROVEN GUILTY does.

Impeach this MoFo

Woo Hoo! This is turning into a good day.

The fact that we have to celebrate a judge acknowledging the reality of a presidential pardon demonstrates just how weird Judge Sullivan's behavior has been.

Dirtbag Sullivan probably thinks he won because Flynn had to be pardoned implying he was guilty of something rather than the charge being dismissed at the request of the prosecution because he was not guilty of the charges. By far, lightweight Sullivan is the slimiest most lawless creature on the federal bench.

I’m surprised that the Sullivan Hack didn’t invent yet another way to continue on.

On the other hand he himself should be dismissed.
