"...coconut water, coconut milk, baked coconut, fried coconut, boiled coconut..."

Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam lived on coconut for a long time while shipwrecked.

Mangoes and coconuts. My heart flips several beats.

I love them both with paeans and much gushing of saliva.

I cook as much as I can with coconut but all I seem to get around here is “sweetened” coconut. Too, too dry and not sweet like I want to spend money on.

This article says it all WRTO coconuts.

Since Costco won’t sell coconut products gathered by monkeys anymore.

You can also use half a coconut shell tied to a bamboo stick to make a metal detector. Learned that one from Gilligan and the Professor.

I didn’t know about raising potassium. Good to know. A lot of meds raise potassium too. That’s why doctors often monitor potassium levels regularly with certain meds are prescribed. Too much potassium can be bad. Like all things, you have to be in the good range.

For your case, it sounds like a perfect solution. It’s a natural remedy and also tastes good. It’s also now easy to find. I see it available in stores all over now.

“Mango tree’s are way easier to climb..”

Never ever climb a mango tree, don’t even touch one. Trust me, I know from experience.

People who are super sensitive to poison ivy sometimes have a reaction to the milky sap in mango tree branches and leaves.

Obviously, since you have no reaction to mango sap.

I’m not allergic to poison ivy either and had no trouble handling my mango tree either, just wish I lived in a better garden zone for them. Mine did fine for a few years but a frost finally aced it.

"...Gilligan and the Professor..."

Agreed! They truly revolutionized the creative use of coconuts on the shores of that uncharted desert isle.
