I take Sandhus, Zinc/Quercetin. 22mg zinc/800 mg Quercetin per serving (2 capsules) daily.
I also take a large quantity of D3. I also take C and several other supplements for various other reasons.
The Zinc/Quercetin combo has been 100% effective! I haven’t DIED! I also haven’t been sick!
I notice ZERO side effects or benefits (other than I haven’t gotten COVID). That is enough for me.
