2 points here - Volkswagen had their Diesel engines successfully “certified” as green because they designed their engines to behave differently given test constraints during certification - until they got caught.

2 - new software was installed on the Dominion machines in GA the day before the election and after certification.

Wow. Just wow.

A link between the “frightening” covid numbers and the “many” Biden votes.

Our Democrats, FBI and DOJ are dirty, shameless co-conspirators in the gaming of America. In gaming you, me and our children.

I find it completely implausible how a machine performing any task whatsoever can be certified for anything, when the machine allows software to be updated on the fly, or at any random point in time. If you go to the post office and look at the scales, you will see that the scales are primarily a PC. With the right software, they could be turned into a pong game or a flight simulator.

Interesting lawsuit in Georgia about Dominion voting machines pre election

Curling et al v. Raffensperger et al, No. 1:2017cv02989 - Document 918 (N.D. Ga. 2020)

Curling et al v. Raffensperger et al › Filing 918

Curling et al v. Raffensperger et al, No. 1:2017cv02989 - Document 918 (N.D. Ga. 2020)

Court Description: Opinion and Order: The Court GRANTS the Coalition Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction 800 . The narrowly tailored relief ordered directs that the State Defendants provide at least a modicum of the voting backup plan tools essential t o protecting voters constitutionally protected ability and right to cast a ballot that is counted and given the same weight as any other on this coming November 3rd general election day and thereafter.

It is not too late for Defendants to take the se reasonable concrete measures to mitigate the real potential harms that would otherwise likely transpire at precinct polling locations grappling with the boiling brew created by the combination of new voting equipment issues and old voter data system deficiencies. Signed by Judge Amy Totenberg on 9/28/20. (rlb)

Curling v. Raffensperger
Whether the use of direct recording electronic (DRE) voting systems that do not produce human-readable paper ballots and that have known cybersecurity vulnerabilities violates the constitution

Georgia Court Grants EPIC’s Motion to File Amicus on Ballot Secrecy: A Georgia federal court has granted EPIC’s request to file an amicus brief urging the court to protect the secret ballot. Plaintiffs presented the court with evidence that Georgia’s ballot-marking devices, which rely on large display screens, make voter choices easily viewable by others in the polling place. EPIC wrote in the amicus that “the right to cast a secret ballot in a public election is a core value in the United States.” This is the second amicus brief EPIC has submitted in the case, Curling v. Raffensperger. In the earlier amicus brief, EPIC urged the court to stop Georgia’s use of Direct Recording Electronic voting machines, which EPIC explained were unreliable and easily hacked. The court ruled that Georgia must replace the machines before the 2020 election. (Mar. 31, 2020)

Summary
Individual Georgia voters, along with a voting rights organization, brought separate § 1983 actions, later consolidated, against Georgia state officials alleging that the state’s reliance on direct recording electronic (DRE) voting systems burdened their Fourteenth Amendment rights to due process and equal protection. DRE voting machines do not produce a paper trail or any other way to independently verify each individual’s vote. DRE machines also have known cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

Plaintiffs seek, among other things, a declaration that the use of DREs is unconstitutional, and an injunction preventing Georgia from requiring voters to use DREs and requiring Georgia to use a system that produces a paper audit trail. Defendants moved to dismiss the case, arguing that Plaintiffs did not have standing and that Defendants were protected by Eleventh Amendment immunity. The District Court denied this motion. Defendants appealed this decision to the Eleventh Circuit.

The Eleventh Circuit upheld the lower court’s ruling. In May 2019, the district court addressed the defendants’ other claims, and found that res judicata or collateral estoppel from Curling I did not apply and the defendants named were the correct defendants. The Court also rejected the plaintiffs’ claim for a writ of mandamus, but denied the defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s due process and equal protection claims. The Court ordered discovery to begin immediately.

“Is everybody in this world corrupt??”

No, but corrupt and corruptible people are attracted to certain things, so those things are full of corrupt and corruptible people.

Things like politics, gambling institutions, used car sales, journalism, etc.

I have said many times, 85% of the people in Washington DC are In Perpetual awe at the amount of money the clintons, Gore’s, and Biden’s have been able to grift themselves over the years. And they are there with the idea that if they could only get one 1/100 of the amount of money that these vultures have grifted themselves, they would be in Fat City. And, as long as they are never caught, they are quite right. They seek power to control the flows of money knowing that if they stand with their spoon in a flow of money, they can divert some percentage of that money to themselves. “10% for the big guy”, is their theme. Most likely, we can now sit back and become spectators as China relentlessly and immutably takes over the United States in all but name. Under the guidance of Biden, this is a near certainty as I see it.

7 Dec: Natural News: Company hired to audit Georgia’s votes has extensive ties to Dominion
by Ethan Huff
Pro V&V is basically a partner of Dominion, which essentially means that Dominion conducted an audit and recount of its own machines...
According to the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC) website, there are only two accredited testing labs for the entire country, and one of them is Pro V&V, a small, private company that operates out of a single office suite in Huntsville, Alabama. The other is SLI Compliance...
After Dominion updated its “Democracy Suite” to Version 5.0, Pro V&V became the primary testing lab, with one exception: modification 5.5-A, which was tested by SLI in Pennsylvania. Modification 5.5-A would later be used by Georgia as well...

7 Jun 2016: Yahoo: SLI Compliance’s Testing Paves Way for Successful Presidential Election in the Philippines
WHEAT RIDGE, CO—(Marketwired): SLI Compliance, formerly known as SLI Global Solutions, was contracted by the Philippine Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to conduct a series of audits to analyze and test the source code, the software and the vote counting machines.

SLI Compliance has tested systems for COMELEC in 2010, 2011, 2013, and now in 2016, SLI tested COMELEC’s entire voting system, including scanners, election management software and consolidation systems...
“If U.S. primaries and caucuses are any indication, this will be a monumental election year, and the potential of record voter turnout is enough to keep election officials up at night wondering if their teams and their voting equipment machines are ready,” said Traci Mapps, SLI Compliance’s Director of Operations. “Now is the time to prepare by thoroughly testing voting systems and process, and SLI Compliance has the experience and expertise elections officials can trust.”...

Nothing wrong with that. The people who write software for gambling machines should be the ones writing it for voting systems. Especially those certified by the Nevada Gaming Commission.

SLI Compliance were formerly ***SLI Global Solutions:

30 Nov: Morning Call: Trump campaign targets Dominion voting machines used in 14 Pennsylvania counties
By Marie Albiges
During a news conference Nov. 20 at the state Capitol, (Rep. Seth Grove, R-York) said representatives from Dominion were supposed to speak with the House State Government Committee to publicly address a “plethora of accusations” and have an “open and honest dialogue” about how those machines worked. He didn’t say what those accusations were.
In an emailed statement, Dominion Government Affairs Vice President Kay Stimson said Dominion agreed to discuss the fact that the counties using their machines “enjoyed a smooth and successful election.” But the company asked to postpone the meeting following a news conference Giuliani held this month where he teased forthcoming litigation.
“As we await the opportunity to debunk the baseless conspiracy theories being offered about Dominion and its voting systems in a court of law, we had to ask for a postponement of the discussion,” Stimson said, adding Dominion would gladly schedule another meeting with legislators following the resolution of any litigation...

Grove said voters should be disappointed that Dominion “lawyered up and backed out” of the meeting without providing any answers to questions lawmakers had, such as what role it played in counting votes, who programmed the software, and whether tests were done on the machines.
“If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding from us?” he said...

***At the state level, Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar certified Dominion’s machines in early 2019 after they were examined by third party consultants — SLI Global Solutions and the Center for Civic Design — while Department of State and Dominion staff attended.
“The tests that a voting system has to go through are exhaustive and very, very thorough,” Patrick said. In addition to a line-by-line review of the code, machines are examined in various ways, including to see how they hold up under extreme temperatures or whether they’re accessible to people with impairments, she said...

Fourteen counties chose two Dominion voting machines that work together. One is a touch screen ballot-marking device that prints out a ballot with a summary of the voter’s selections, and the other is the ImageCast Precinct Scanner, where the ballot — either marked by hand on paper or printed from the touch screen — is fed into a tabulation machine...

In Luzerne County, several council members said an unknown number of voters accidentally walked out with their ballots in hand during the November election after making their selection on the touch screen, not realizing the ballots then had to be scanned into a separate machine and thinking the ballots were a “receipt” of their vote.
Harry Haas, a Republican county council member, said he thought it was a mistake to introduce new voting machines during an “already confusing” election.

Republican Council Member Stephen Urban said he didn’t like the machines — recommended by County Manager David Pedri, of whom Urban is a vocal critic — and would’ve preferred a machine that automatically cast the ballot after voters made their selections.
And Republican Council Member Walter Griffith said several machines weren’t “operational” at 7 a.m. when polls opened on Election Day...

just noting FakeNewsMSM reported Dominion saying it was ‘UNDER LITIGATION’, NOT “the company asked to postpone the meeting following a news conference Giuliani held this month where he ***teased forthcoming litigation” as Morning Call has it:

Dominion says it is under litigation and can not answer questions at this time.
