Never knew what that was until I went to Canada years ago to visit newly found cousins. I don't care for the cheese curds on them. I usually only have fries when I make a hot turkey sandwich with turkey gravy, or fry a hamburger and put beef gravy with mushrooms over all of it.
Still good eats
