45 Days from November 3, puts the assessment due around December 18. If Grenell delivers the assessment, and if it proves that China and the Democrats were in collusion to fix the election, I hope the forfeiture includes not only assets but something else illegally gained - namely the PRESIDENCY. What Biden has gained must be forfeited. Trump remains the President.

Yep, This much I believe. The day after the election I saw that fraud curve. That transient that suddenly pushes biden’s vote total above trumps. That is a signal processing error. The trump totals literally broke their system and a wheel fell off making it obvious. That is a major breech of the american social contract. No, an EO is not superior to the US Constitution. No President can declare an election for President to be "forfeited".
You lose if the other candidates vote count is so overwhelming high you can’t go unnoticed injecting your phantom voters into the election. And what a way to exit his political career, to get caught up in the cheating at the electoral college.
