By sending swat teams to homes of unsuspecting residents, and telling SWAT the residents will shoot to kill SWAT, it seems someone is trying death-by-cop. :/

Not in soviet New Hampshire...my wife and I were swatted by a neighbor, and she got away with it. Not only that, one of the cops involved got a promotion shortly thereafter.
