So I go to Youtube expecting to find some wannabe streamer instigated the whole thing, but so far all that's there are the KTLA story, and one more from some gibmedat describing what she saw. She was there, no doubt, but I'm not linking because here was her commentary:

"This couple was clutching each other and running and said you gotta get outta here. My sister saw people running down the stairs, and she thought a new store was opening up or something."
