“Research executive order 13848 dated 9/12/2018.”

Tie in Special Forces going under CiC/DoD, too.

“The Tariffs are killing China. They are like a cornered rat right now. Trump is the only president with foresight and balls to impose tariffs on China.”

He rightly sees communist China as our enemy and huge threat to our lifestyles. They are. Growing in power on the seas, in space, in genetics. In pharmaceuticals, in software and financially.

They have achieved control of a great many shipping ports, especially along South America’s coast lines (our back yard) in return for Chinese product deals.

...frustrating to read this. Hope it is true.

I’m beginning to feel like there’s just too much corruption and spineless RINO’s.

Obama spent his 8 years weaponizing the Federal government and now, along with outside forces, they’re all descending on this all-in effort to get PDJT out.

Everyone knows the D’s spent months (if not longer) setting everything up for fraud 20-ways from Sunday. My fear is that the argument will be that each method requires individual scrutiny but concludes with “not enough to change outcome” - when the real problem is that it does when everything, all forms of fraud, is put together. There’s also too much “plausible deniability” for those involved.

“Trump is putting himself in a sort of an odd juxtaposition by doing this though, it appears. He’s urging people to get out and vote, while at the same time insisting the vote system there is rigged. Does not compute?”

Do you not believe that this runoff will be under the most intense scrutiny of any election, ever? I hope the cheaters are as short sighted.

Ah, so you don’t want the seditious election overturned. Got it. Apparently you have not read the EO and don’t want to ‘cause yours is the only opinion that counts. Your apples to oranges reasoning is sound enough for you.

Lin Wood is not backing down. Good for him.

At some point the squishy Republican Leadership across the USA will get the message. “Stand up and fight or leave, the base who elected you is leaving the station”

They are so far planning on following the SAME illegal rules that the last election was conducted under.

- No chain of custody for drop box ballots

- Voter signatures not being verified on mail in ballots

- ACLU personnel performing the ID checks for in person voters instead of state employees

- Dominion employees conducting the elections instead of state employees

- Dominion machines connected to the internet

- ETC

“””Believe it or not, the state of Georgia does have an attorney general. Doesn’t anybody else find it odd that this guy is flying right under the radar?”””

Unfortunately, not at all. I am witnessing 90% of the Republican Leaders across the USA being ‘silent as lambs’.

The point seems to be, and it’s a mighty good one, that right now we’re on the hill we’re gonna die on and Lin Wood is leading the charge, so lay off of him.

To: Mr Rogers; All
I respect your opinion but don't agree with your outrage. It's not just LinWood calling for martial law. It's retired Lt. General Michael Flynn and others, as well.

And it is legal. If the courts, legislatures and the DOJ are not going to stop this injustice to the integrity of our voting system, Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1797 instead. It has been retitled for the 21st century as "The Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order Act” and codified in four sections of the US Code:

10 USC § 251 Federal Aid for State Governments

10 USC § 252 Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority

10 USC § 253 Interference with State and Federal Law

10 USC § 254 Proclamation to Disperse

Of the four provisions, the most recent and the most powerful is 10 USC § 253, which was written in 2006.

It reads in part ".... The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it-

1. .... so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection;

or 2. .... opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws."....

The authority is vested solely in the President. He does not need the invitation of state governors to intervene, nor does he need the approval of the Supreme Court. Older provisions of the Insurrection Act required either a governor or a judicial proceeding to authorize its use, but these limits were purposefully removed by Congress in § 253.

There is no time limit on the President’s activities. Older versions of the Insurrection Act limited the use of force to brief periods of time and then required legislative approval. Those limits, too, are also gone. The President is allowed to use any means that he (and again, he needs no one else) considers necessary. This includes using the armed forces (which enables him to bypass the Posse Comitatus Act) and using the militia which is detailed in 10 USC § 252 " Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority."

The President’s ability to use force isn’t restricted to actual rebellion or insurgency. He can act against merely unlawful combinations and conspiracies. To be clear: If the President decides that a conspiracy has deprived people of a right and believes that authorities fail or refuse to protect the right, he can send in the troops.

In blunt terms, Congress has given the power to President Trump to proclaim:

“I, President Trump, have determined that a conspiracy has deprived 70 million Americans of their right to vote and that the other authorities are refusing to protect this right. I therefore order the suppression of this conspiracy by any means necessary.”

He could also, or instead, utilize his Executive Order of September 12th, 2018 was written expressly for this scenario. That order is entitled, "Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election."

He mentioned it again last summer as a warning. So yes, I believe he has had this in his pocket to pull out when the time is right. Only as a last resort, but I think as a contingency plan, nonetheless. He knew what the democRATS would do in the 2020 elections and he was ready for them.

In that executive order, which almost no one has covered since the day it was signed (until now), President Trump declared a national emergency. That emergency is still in play to this day, and the 2020 election was conducted under this state of emergency, which is a crucial point to understand what's coming next.

In the EO, the President also states that people and organizations located, in part, outside the United States are known to be able to, "interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation."

If you're starting to see how this ties in to , you're not alone. All of those media organizations, CNN, the NY Times, the Washington Post and MSNBC, etc. have been caught under this emergency declaration of "foreign interference" in U.S. elections, aided by complicit corporations on U.S. soil.

The EO further states that this foreign interference in U.S. elections, "constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States." Why is this relevant to anything we're seeing right now with the massive election fraud carried out by the Democrats and the deep state?

Because Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company. Recent reports suggest that they may now be owned by China but I can't find confirmation of that. And Scytl is run out of Spain. That's right. Dominion is a foreign-owned company, which makes Dominion-based election theft a "foreign interference issue." Scytl, by the way, is connected to George Soros and the Democrats.

Whether you agree with the martial law aspect of this election fraud mess or whether you have lost all respect for Lin Wood, is immaterial to salvaging Trump's legitimate win for a second term in the WH. If the forces in the Deep State are arrayed against him to such a degree, that he can't get a fair hearing on the matter, then he needs to do what he needs to do. Outside declaring martial law to separate the legal wheat form the illegal chaff in the vote count in 5-7 swing states, the alternative, is for him to concede to these treasonous coup d'état militants and the communist democRATS who blatantly stole this election from him and go out with a whimper.

Is that really what you want to happen? Just how virulently pro-Trump are you? Not enough to see him win but to give up instead? Forget the conservative cause. It will be obsolete in no time of Biden and his knuckle-dragger commies get into power.

Thanks for posting.

Kemp convicts himself when he publicly posts that on 11/20, 11/24, and 12/3 he asks for a signature audit and subordinate officials in Georgia have given him the middle finger instead.

Besides Kemp calling a Special Session of the GA Legislature, as Trump demands, what else can GA voters do to force action?

Are the GA Courts the only recourse?

To me Signature Verification is a lawsuit ripe for Due Process claims by any GA voter. If a GA voter says: “I had to sign a poll register after providing ID, why aren’t the mail-in ballots being checked for signature?”

Hogwash?

You don’t do your homework. Read the EO in this thread, then come back and apologize. Its not a beautiful day in the neighborhood Mr Rogers when the CCP attempts to Overthrow your Government with Information Warfare, Bio Weapons and a whole lot of China money circling the Democrat drain.

Trump is a very patient man. Trap was set two years ago, Big Brother has been watching. Judges that overlook Mountains of evidence to certify fraud are almost untouchable. Unless of course they helped a foreign enemy.

Lookie, Chineee!

You nailed it. The lack of verification of mail in voters is an obvious equal protection violation in every contested state. Only the US Supreme Court will be willing to rule on that, however, and so far they’re keeping their powder dry. All we can really do in the meantime is keep the pressure up, and pray. Keep up the good work.
